1. Subscription Service Overview
* Service Name: Chinese Learning Buddy Membership Auto-Renewal.
* Subscription Cycles: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual options are available as specified on the in-app subscription page.
* Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (for iOS users) or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
2. Auto-Renewal Terms
* Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* Renewal Timing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, extending your membership for another cycle upon successful payment.
3. Cancellation Process
* For iOS Users: 1. Open “Settings” on your device -> Tap your Apple ID at the top.
2. Tap “Subscriptions”.
3. Select “Chinese Learning Buddy” and tap “Cancel Subscription”.
* For Google Play Users: 1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap the profile icon -> “Payments & subscriptions”.
3. Select “Chinese Learning Buddy” and tap “Cancel”.
4. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance. If you do not agree to the change, please cancel your subscription; continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.
