To ensure service security and improve user experience, we may automatically collect:
* Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique identifiers (e.g., Android ID, IDFV for iOS).
* Log and Usage Data: IP address, in-app activity records, access times, feature usage, and crash reports.

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:
* Provision of Services: Managing accounts, verifying identity, providing learning content, and processing subscriptions.

* Authentication: Facebook SDK (if you choose to log in via Facebook).
* Payment Processing: Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) and Google Pay SDK. We do not collect or store your credit card or financial details; these are handled securely by the respective app stores.
* Legal Compliance: When required by Singapore law or to protect our legitimate legal rights.
IV. Minors and Children's Privacy
Since the App provides Chinese learning for middle school students, if you are under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction), please use this App only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your Personal Data.
* Account Deletion (Mandatory): You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Account Deletion" function in the "Profile" menu. This action is irreversible, and all your learning progress and data will be permanently erased.

* Retention: We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by Singapore law.
* Security: We employ industry-standard security measures (encryption, secure servers) to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
